Online Order Return & Refund Policies
We have a 14-day return policy for online orders from Heart & Sole For the Fellas, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please enclose the original packing slips, receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item(s) when sending back your unused and tagged merchandise.
- If returning onlineĀ purchases in store, please be sure to bring the original packing slips.
- Cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Damage or problems with the order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Ā The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:Ā
- All sale or special promotion merchandise is a final sale.
- Purchase of swimwear, underwear including socks, and bodysuits are considered final sale and are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Ā
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us an email and stop by the store for an exchange.Ā Alternately, you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please check with your bank or credit card company for policies and timelines for your refund to be processed.
